Fixed the following Bugs
Pause Bug.  previously when paused at the wrong time the timer would continue to run and spawnenemies. 

Game Over Bug. Game over would previously not reset spawn points. 

Collision fix.  Collisions when using the controller to shoot is now more accurate.
