I may be biased from creating the soundtrack, but this game is AMAZING!! A wonderful aesthetic, great gameplay, and an extensive world to explore make Aethos a must have for the NES.
Aethos is easily one of the best demos I've played this year for a new NES game. Nice visuals, really good music and controls, interesting level design, fun and challenging boss fights and cool upgrades that play into the metroidvania part of the game. What else could you possibly want in a 8-bit game?
